Book Question - anyone else read or reading I Know This Much Is True by Wally Lamb?

If so - want to talk about it, I'm alternately gripped, saddened, enthralled....can't put it down, about two thirds of the way through so don't tell me what happens at the end yet.
I would have posted this to read rant rave but I only seem to have the option of posting to my own journal so I'll leave this public.

It was a brilliant book, I made my husband read it as well.
