Yes, I am addicted to icon making and tutorial making! And finally, it is a written tutorial not a tutorial in a picture. So yes, everyone should see it! This is a photoshop tutorial b/c it involves selective coloring (uughh!) Sorry PSPers.. it's just selective coloring is...FUN! Lol! Jealous much? Anyway..here's the preview:

So I dusted off my PS CS2 to try this out but I don't really understand. What goes in the fill layer? *confused*

Is there a selective color equivalent on PSP?

I'm not sure..I have PSP although I don't use it that much.. They don't have selective coloring so I don't think they have another way.
