You might want to check the bus and tour schedules ahead of time for the Normandy trip. My friend went last spring while she was living in France, and she said the buses did not run to the sites every day.

Don't worry. I'm too much of a control freak to go anywhere without researching how to get around.

I'm so looking forward to it. And Japan is on my list next. Well, maybe after a trip to Mexico to visit a friend who will be living there. But my next huge vacation will probably be Japan. :)
