For you LJers... how do I get my friends entries to show up with white backgrounds so I can read them? When I click on "manage friends lists" so I can view the entries of just my friends I want to, my flag background comes up and all the copy from everyone's entries are on it. I have to highlight the copy on the entries just to read it, and it's

Talk about a small world, I have Joe, Paul, and their roommate Sarah on my friends list. I've known all 3 since high school. I even graduated with Paul (the one with the rats).

Continuing the small world theme, Joe went to high school at Fraser, where I coach the color guard. Freaky, huh?

Yeah! Kim and I worked together when I was managing at the movie theater in Sterling Heights! We don't get to hang out much (cuz I'm a jerk) but we've kept in touch ever since!

To change the text color and background color on your friends page:

• Go to Manage->Friends.


• Click on the Edit Friends link.


• Down in the Add Friends section, you have to enter in the LJ name and change the colors to whatever you like.


• Be sure to click Save Changes

Pretty cool... I've done mine up color-coded based on guy/girl. Also, I have it so all the communities I am in are in a seperate friends view so they don't clutter up all the people's posts.

Fun fun! Now if only I could do some cooler custom things like I've seen others do.

I swear, I've changed peoples' colors in that way, but it only changes the colors on their icons. I am still getting a clear background behind the posts because the background is my huge flag and I can't read the posts. I don't know what to do...
