I'm such a dork, but I don't care. I think I got the coolest ever early Christmas gift from John on Saturday. We were wandering around Best Buy trying to do some Christmas shopping. It was crowded as hell, which is why I normally have my Christmas shopping done by now, but I'll just have to remember that for next Christmas. Anyway, he was looking

Man, you and Althea are so much alike sometimes! She saw it in Future Shop and ordered the first season a couple months ago.
She was os excited she nearly tore Fedwa's arm off. I laughed my ass off when she told me this!

That's so cool that she has the first season! I checked Future Shop's website after reading your posting to see how much they wanted for it and it's sooooo expensive in Canada! Not that that should be a surprise. I've checked online and I could get it cheaper here in the States, but I really don't have the money to be wasting on frivolous things like Jem dvd's right now, no matter how cool they are. It sucks!

She told me it was over $100. I don't think Jem is worth it. I liked the show when I was a kid, but I won't pay that kind of money for any DVD's. I hate getting old. I can't get any of the things I want anymore. That's why I ask for those kind of things for Christmas, so somebody else can waste their money on them!

Holy crap! Over $100! I definitely wouldn't have bought it (or had John buy it) if it was that expensive. I guess being in Canada, you get used to paying high prices :P
