oh, those are some tricky questions. some photographers i know just have a very simple card saying their name, phone, website and 'photography'.

i think that having a good portfolio is the most important thing. you could break it into 'weddings' 'pets' and whatever else... here are a few friends who have sites:

maybe call some local photographers and see what they charge for a wedding shoot? or have a friend do it? then you can see what the going market is for independents, ya know?
