Sorry, I don't want to be a bummer, it's just that having a BMI of 30+ and recovering from bulimia I have had quite a few doctors tell me to do weight watchers. I just don't see how going on another diet is going to very helpful. How is it better than counting calories or counting fat? Or just eating small meals and a lot of fruit and veg? And how is it not going to be jo-joing the weight like it always does?
If you do manage to count the points without getting obsessed with it and it works out, I'd be really happy for you. Maybe keep us updated how it goes for you emotionally?
