Hey! Crazy idea! You could even sign a lease for however long and then when you move out sublet to me! I'll be coming right when you're leaving. I could pay you a finder's fee, too.
Hmmm... that could almost work... I'm talking to a couple of people about summer sublets right now, but if these don't work out, we should talk. There's the possibility that my company might hire me on at the end of the summer, so at this point I feel like a sublet might work best for me, simply because I don't know if I will be staying or leaving.
