Nothing much new today....except nobody I know died. Which is a good thing.

Looking for good ideas on how to achieve some closure with the Katherine thing given there will not be a public rite of passage for her death.

Other than that, contemplating what to do for some down time at the end of the month.

A week off work, Yay!

Maybe some of you and your coworkers can go out one evening together and essentially have a 'wake' or memorial service for her. Remember her, her work, her personality and make toasts in her honor.

It would give those who have no place to share their grief something to do, some safe place to share it with people who are in a similar situation.

We are going to do a memorial bake sale & raffle to raise some money to donate to the AZ Humane Society in Katherine's memory.

I think that shall be a good acknowledgement and nod to her influence on us all.
