I usually order decaf when I can, or herbal, but when I work I do caffiene as I get so tired. Since I am currently picking up a lot of OT, the amount of caffiene I am having has increased....hence the issues...

Good luck with the weightloss!
Somehow I went on the scale this week, saw that I gained again and completely lost track. URGH.
I'm planning to get back to it this Monday

Thanks! I am VERY determined! I do well when "that something" clicks... And I feel after my doctor visit, it has. I just keep looking at the saying on the bracelet. I make it a point to make healthy choices consciously, even sometimes saying it out loud! And I found a book, called "Tone It Up" to read & keep me in the Fit, Fierce, & Fabulous" mindset while getting back on track. There is a FB, Instagram, and website with it....lots of support!
I hope you find your muse too!!! Monday it is! I look forward to hearing of your progress!

I can be very determined also when that click is being made. But it so fast clicks into the other direction again also.
