If you're wondering why you all of a sudden like Benny a lot more after this episode?
Not to mention that Ben Edlund wrote a fabulous episode, best one in over a season, and Ty Olsson knocked it out of the park. He really held your attention. And he and Jensen had really interesting chemistry, not altogether easy and comfortable, but that made it more compelling. I loved, loved, loved Dean's tiny little facial gesture that stopped Sam in his tracks for reaching for a weapon. And then Sam's face. Not to mention how alienated Sam and Dean are this year. I think I'm the one fan who prefers them that way!
I totally missed the reference to wayward son. ;-(
