Mister Donut is still in business? In Japan? What's that about? They disappeared from Saint Louis decades ago, and they never were in the South. Are Japanese entrepreneurs buying up obsolete or failed American company names?

According to Wikipedia, that seems to be the case. They only operate in Asia, the Phillipines...and El Salvador.
