Tim McCarver has got to go! He is such an awful announcer and truly, he bores me. Times like this make me wish my dad had some pull over air talent. *shakes head* And yeah, this is public cause I don't care who knows I think the dude's an idiot. :)

No argument there. He just needs to GO. Fox had a guy named Josh Lewin on one of the secondary broadcast teams. I liked him when he used to work in Baltimore. He'd be much better than McCarver.

Josh Lewin used to do broadcasts for the Cubs as well. Got pushed out when Chip Caray came in.

Red Sox fans have been saying he needs to go for over a year now. He has repeatedly called our pitcher Bronson Arroyo, "Brandon". He did it last year and did this year.

Tim McCarver's needed to go since 1995. He's absolutely terrible, and he's one of a list of long former players that should never grace the airways with his voice or presence.

Although I did like it when Deion Sanders dunked him with water when the Braves went to the World Series in 95. :)
