Burn Notice 3.12
This one was good, not great. After the complete awesomeness of last week's episode though, I kind of expected it.
What I loved: Chuck Finley is always awesome. Michael Westen in khakis = HOT. Maddie winning an award for Crime Watch for reporting the cars Michael stole - HA! I really did laugh. And then when he went and wore the clip on tie - awwwwwwww! I love how we keep getting these little snippets of how Michael ended up like he is too - Daddy's false wall? He comes by it honestly. It was fun to see Sugar again, and fun that he got shot again. It's swell he was looking out for his cousin and all, but the dude is still a drug dealer. If a drug dealer gets shot, I'm not going to cry about it.
What was meh - it was a little slower than a typical Burn Notice ep. Not so much with the tension. The bad guy looked too douchey to take seriously as a threat.
What was awesome - dude, you can turn your microwave into a BOMB. Sweet. And Gilroy's line about their heartbeats syncing up - heeheehee! I'm liking him. He's charming and flirty and I can totally buy that he's a ruthless killer. Fun!
And next week - the return of dead Larry! Woo!
