Some second novels and later parts of series were among my least favorite reads this year. I really need to read some higher-quality literature this year if I'm really going to get a master's degree in English... suggestions welcome. And I'd like to read more this year, but on the bright side, I read less because I biked to work for 6 months out of the year, thus cutting my commute reading by 50%.
