pretty darn good weekend, i'd say. great food at katy's house. quality tailgating experience. a win for state in the bowl game (big props to usf's fans, they traveled pretty well). police in riot gear in downtown charlotte for new years eve. really cool xmess gifts from my girl (hope she liked what i got her). big win for the playoff-bound

gator bowl starts at noon thirty. anyone is welcome to come watch it, as long as they root for my hokies. well, i'll settle for not rooting against my hokies.

The part of Charlotte I saw didn't have any cops in it at all. Then again, I wasn't downtown. Had a fun time eating at Cook Out again though. Damn, I miss the city.
