#5, I do the same, but usually in the car and in the shower. If an issue somehow comes to mind, or I think I should like...post it on my LJ, I'll say it out loud...maybe I just need to hear myself talk...

have you tried low rise tights? they are all I wear.

and I never walk up one stair at a time either. Unless I'm winded.

Actually, I have tried the low rise ones and they weren't bad. The problem is the muffin-top phenomenon. Just the last couple years I've put on some squishiness around the middle and the blubs hang over the tights and... not a pretty sight. It's one of those middle-age things that's not so great.

The VS hose are really the best, but they're like 12 bucks a pair, so I can only buy them occasionally.
