I don't think it's what you had in mind, but I have issues with compulsive overeating that I have been trying to find resources for off and on as they come. By myself I can't make heads or tails of all of the contradicting information out there on what constitutes healthy eating, and it might seem simple, but I have a really hard time. Little things throw me off, like soup... if you buy 1 can, that's normally two servings... so are you supposed to have half of the can and nothing else and that's a full meal? I haven't enacted any change in my eating behavior, but I'd like to, and in the meantime I need to get to a place where I understand what it really entails.
