Write up every little thing she does from now on and report it. You really have no other way to prevent her from doing it to you first at this point.
Don't tell her to do anything unless you really are her supervisor, she'll only accuse you of harassing her again.
Try and ignore her if you can. If she tries to chum up to you again either be plain with her and refuse or find away to be diplomatic without trusting her. It's not an easy thing and frankly I'm not very good at it.

If she's not pulling her weight, do it for her, then make sure she is reported for not doing her job. She sounds like a social ladderclimber and a viperous one at that. I believe in live and let live, but I also don't believe in holding your arm out for the snake to bite you. (unless you're into that sort of thing). Only speak to her in job related instinces and if she continues to fish for more of "you" she can use against you, tell her you aren't interested in persuing any relationship with her, and to please keep your interactions proffessional. and "oh you're leaking through your pants, did you know?" (well okay maybe not that last one)
