Okay, I'm blubbering :( I knew that scene was coming but I still felt all the emotions when he opened the book and saw what Luke wrote. I also love how the movie's timeline weaved perfectly with LuRe's timeline. Soooo good...

I've never seen this movie so I don't know if the book thing happens but oh, gosh, I LOVE THAT. The book! And Reid trying to find it over the years--oh, man, like Katie, I want to cry too.

And Jason's just a friend--whew! And Jason and Katie--love how they're so cheerful. :)

Yes the book thing happens (similarly) in the movie. It's one of my favorite movies - John Cusack and Kate Beckinsale.
Of course Jason is just a friend, I couldn't write him with someone else lol but I needed to tease a bit and stress Luke.
Happy that you like Jason and Katie!

WOnderful chapter. Love that Reid has close friends and that even though he kept Luke his little secret that he was willing to tell Jason and Katie about him when he got the book.

Thanks!! I think Reid needs good friends, he wouldn't have very many just a few very good ones. He doesn't allow too many people to get close.

wow, wow, WOW!!!!!! jason and katie fast friends!!! loving that! hmmm, no mention of a wife, maybe katie and jason? stranger things have happened!! and luke, just has to be luke! luke you should have gone with them! but no, no. you had to draw the wrong conclusions!! GOD!!!!

the book, the BOOK!!!!! reid's been looking for it all this TIME!!!! god woman, you are KILLING me here! "there's only one luke." katie may look like she's about to cry, but i AM!!!!!

Luke is still Luke! Patience again, he was shocked by Jason lol
Aww yes Jason and Katie! They're fun, alot alike.
Of course Reid's been looking for the book, he never gave up completely on Luke. That one line is my favorite in the whole story! I tear up thinking about it. So much truth.
