Ever feel like your mind has been controled for so long and it is just now that you see this and can think for yourself? This is how I feel. I feel as though I was blind and am now able to see the truth. Its good to know that how I have been thinking lately was confermed by an unlikly outsider

I would just do it. when will you ever have the chance to travel around like that again? If I wasn't tied down I'd do it. Heck, if I knew how to get that kind of job I might have done it anyways, I'm not working right now. Then I could go with you and you would know someone! I don't think I could leave for a whole year though. That would be tough on my marriage.

The only thing I'm worried about is if people know you're alone, then it's easier for you to be a victim. So if you decide to go, be sure to take some mace or something. Be careful!

I actually considered doing this too, but for pastry. I met a lot of people in NY that have worked on them. There are mixed reviews. Some love it and some hated it. You work a ton of hours in a day and usually like 6 days a week. There isn't too much to do in the free time because you are not allowed to go into the guest areas, you have to stay in the restricted area's because you arn't supposed to interact with the customers beyond general conversation. It is great though to met a lot of people from all over the world, and to save money,as you say. I just though I would pass on the information that I have picked up with time.
