I got a Griddle

Well look at this. I got a 4.5 score at work last week and got this
shinny new Griddle as a present lol. I've always wanted to buy one of
these but whenever I went to a store that sold them I was never in there
to buy that and now I get one for free. Go Me!

Its the little things that make me happy lol

that's rigth you have one ... those things cook really well?? I need to get a spatula with the umm .. non-stick thingie too right so that I don't scratch the griddle right?

Yeah the do cook really well. I tend to use mine mostly for breakfast -- bacon, sausage, eggs and alike. It's also really good for grilled sandwiches.

I would recommend getting a spatula, of the non-stick variety. But if you have a wooden one that should be fine too. I just wouldn't use a metal one.

Is that an electric one? We have an old farbreware one and its wonderful. We use ours alot for pancakes, usually to the bacon on the george forman, now a different electric grill so it doesn't make the pancakes soaked in bacon grease. Love it, I want one just like my mom's, which is prenonstick craze.

i have a mini-george foreman grill too lol but i've never cooked bacon on it lol
