Good morning... Yesterday after a late start we made it to 'witchcraft for lunch. Really neat sandwiches there. I had shrimp salad with arugula, chorizo, mixed greens and red bell pepper...super yummy. We then made our way up the strip thru as many air conditioned buildings as possible...lol stopping to drop coin in a handful of places. I bought

Ha...Wichcraft is a great name for a sandwich shop!

It's a Tom Collichio restaurant (bald judge guy from Top Chef) and all his restaurants have 'craft' in the name. He has a steakhouse at MGM Grand called craftSteak. Etc etc.
