IN ORDER...
  • 20 minutes on the track.  Remember I do not run I walk.  Bad...really bad knee. Well have to have surgery on it soon.
  • 25 minutes crosstrainer about 350 calories burned
  • 30-40 on weights
  • 25 more minutes on the track
  • 10 minutes of sit-ups

I love exercising. I mean, during it sometimes I hate it, but I love the feeling of sweating out those toxins, and the little high I get afterward.

Wish I wasn't so stinkin tired all the time lately with my crazy schedule. I'd like to exercise more.
