IN ORDER...
- 20 minutes on the track. Remember I do not run I walk. Bad...really bad knee. Well have to have surgery on it soon.
- 25 minutes crosstrainer about 350 calories burned
- 30-40 on weights
- 25 more minutes on the track
- 10 minutes of sit-ups

Wish I wasn't so stinkin tired all the time lately with my crazy schedule. I'd like to exercise more.
