Ok, I know we already talked about this, but I so hate to see my friends fighting, even if I only know one of those friends really well.

I definitely think you guys need a break. I'm not one to just give up on a friendship, though I have. It's not something I ever want to do again. This isn't in reference to you guys...sometime I'll tell you the story of my ex best friend and the things she did our senior year of high school that finally led to me cutting her out of my life (too bad I waited six years to do it). But anyway, I just think you should take a break. Don't treat her like shit. If she says hi, say hi back. I know it will be hard at first, but trust me on that way. The silent treatment just leads to rumors being spread and whatnot. It's not a pleasant experience.
