I'd like to, but can't really dump someone who you're not dating. And can't really avoid someone who's always around since he lives next door to your brother and is your friend's roommate. I'm just going to play the ignore game for now, I guess. And sadly, there are no guys in my future to even make him jealous with. Though I'm working on that because he has been jealous when he's seen other guys talking to me. But he's been such a douche the past few weeks, I doubt he'd even notice.
