Thanks to everyone who expressed condolences for the passing of my peach friend. I really appreciate it. I'm at my mom's in the country where we buried Ms. Gina with the rest of our departed pet family today. For almost February and with as cold as it has been, the earth is still very soft. I'm glad for that. Not only for easy digging but for ( Read more... )

Don't ever feel guilty about bitching. It's your godgiven right as a woman, and it's the whole point of this LJ thingy. ;)

What kind of job are you looking for? I'll keep my eyes open for you.

We do have to meet soon. I've done everything but bribe the Pep for hangout time, but I think we've both been a bit reclusive and busy. Which is a bad for business, I mean all nighters. Serious slit business.

Anyway, I've got something in the works. Some kind of Pepper-napping. Want to be in on it?

Bring it on over. sin_no_more January 30 2005, 14:09:45 UTC
Since you already have the repair part for the truck, feel free to bring it on over for fix'in regardless of the weather. I should be able to fix it in my garage for a 12 pack of NA beer or coffee, pizza, or whatever. I have space heaters, lighting, and a 6 foot tall rolling tool chest full of mechanic's tools which should help getting the motor changed rather quickly. Feel free to call or send an email to arrange a time.

I am so sorry to hear about your fuzzy friend. I have only lost 1 pet/friend in my life, but I'd had her for 14 yrs & when she passed it was like a hole in my heart. I have opened my heart again to my 2 boys, but being that they're young I think they're invicible. But I guess they're not; yours went so young...but she had your love:)
I am sorry to hear how crappy things are for you right now...things do have a way of falling on your lap, good or bad. I hope you get a pile of good spilled on you, Goddess knows you deserve it! I mean, you do have love & kindness in your life, but hell, is some extra tax cash or a winning lottery scratch-off too much to ask? I do hope prosperity seeks you out & finds you this yr.
Wished I could've seen you when I was home...things were nuts & the weather sucked.
Be well, my friend...
