after so much pumpkin fun last night, we spent much of this afternoon in the kitchen: roasted pumpkin seeds, 2 pumpkin pies AND butternut squash raviolis. all from scratch! We also made tomorrow's lunch (chicken salad sammies with apple pieces), prepped thursday's lunch (hummus) and tomorrow's dinner (roasted root veggies) and made breakfast for
