Your phyllo cups were extraordinarily attractive. Put them up! I kind of run into the opposite...my food (usually) looks nice, but the pictures come out gross. I almost signed up for a food photography class (which isn't the million-dollar idea you're thinking of...or at least the one I just did) but it was expensive.
I'm thinking of "adapting" the goat recipe into a fonduta (which is a fondue you don't have to keep over a flame and serve on crackers instead) since I don't really come together well in the last seconds before a party. It will take some consideration, however.
