Shane's board needs a cleaning, because if you notice, the A is directly next to the caps lock key. There is something, either a crumb or a bit of liquid that has gotten down in there and shorted the two with each other. You might try to tap it against the desk, in the hopes of dislodging the crumb if it is one. Otherwise, you can either replace the keyboard, or take it somewhere to get cleaned. Just as cheap to replace it, cuz they aren't expensive.

Why thank you ever so much for that lesson in keyboard maintenance, but it just so happens that he had already thought of that and tried cleaning it. So =-p...

anywho, it's merely a minor annoyance, and seeing as how I won't have my own internet access til Thursday, I'm happy just to be able to make my birthday wishes known online. =)
