day one of weight watchers. not too bad, not too bad. I have points left at the end o the day, just enough for a tiny glass of wine or a modest snack.

25 lbs. by the end of May. that's the initial goal.

Day 1-3 was pretty fucking hard for me. Go you. My goal is 25 pounds by May too! We can do it. We can do it. We can do it. It's day 6 for me and I've lost 3 pounds. Chugging along. The big thing for me is to use the recipes they give you. I'll make a four point meal and eat two servings. Salads have been saving my fat ass too. As long as I make them interesting with added extras like a pinch of cheese or croûtons. I'm all about inspiration too. I keep reading success stories and watching shows about obese people losing weight or watching Oprah about weight loss. My on line friend has lost 14 pounds so far on WW and she's only been doing it for like a month. I keep thinking about how I'm going to feel good when it's summer time. Whatever works, baby, whatever works. I'm glad you're doing it with me.

yes. and yes. we can do it. i've been really into meal planning lately, so hopefuly that paired with the WW will keep me happy.

i really need snack ideas. popcorn only goes so far.
