Raincoat and PJ's

I need some help finding a raincoat - i really want a cute (like a kid's) rain slicker with a hood - i'm usually a woman's 2x, but sometimes wear a 3x if i want to wear a sweater underneath. I'd totally settle for a plain colored or black one, but i'm still having trouble finding something perfect
