Placing an Order:
- I reserve the right not to take in orders from spree-ers whom I am not comfortable with.
- Please pay before spree closes. Else, your orders will not be taken in.
- No amendment is allowed once the spree is closed.
- If transferring via IB, please use your LJ nick.
- If transferring via ATM, please show details - Date, Time, Reference.
- If items are OOS, refunds will be made at the end of the spree, as soon as I can but in my own time.
- I shall not be held responsible if the seller ships wrong, damaged or missing items or if you provide the wrong URL. Please triple check that the URLs are correct as I order items based on URL.
Updates:
- I will update when there are updates to be made.
- Some merchants do not send me a notification when they ship items out so sometimes, there may not be a 'Shipped' update before the 'Arrived' update.
- I will send an email when I mail items to you.
Wrapping of Packages:
- I will always include my return address at the back of packages/envelopes.
For Taobao sprees:
- I'll be using an agent so there's agent fee involved. Agent fee and exchange rate are dictated by the agent.
- I will ensure that the items I order is according to the information provided by you.
- I am not liable for any wrong/damaged/defective items shipped by the seller. I can only do my best to chase the agent but if they refuse to do anything about it or refund, I cannot refund you out of my own pocket
- Please note the risks if you purchase fragile items. I will not be held responsible for any damages made during shipping/mailing.
For GoW/CV sprees:
- I will bubble wrap all glass containers.
- If your package is large, I will only wrap extra layers of paper/newspaper around your package. - If you would like your large package to be bubble wrapped, please expect to pay $0.20-$0.30 more.
* large packages are those that cannot fit into an C5 envelope. They sometimes need over 1/4 or even half of the whole sheet of bubble wrap to wrap... this is too ex for me to continue... especially since i do not profit from this at all... as a spree-er myself, I understand that no one wants to pay extra for anything but you can't expect me to lose money from organizing sprees right... please feel free to self-collect to avoid paying for bubble wrap... in fact, if your package is large, i would love it if you came to self-collect...
For other MMU sprees:
- I do not bubble wrap items unless they are in glass containers.
For all sprees:
- For postpac and extra bubble wrap options, please email me. Please note that these are at your own expense.
Mailing of Packages:
- I usually mail items out on Saturdays. Please top up before Thursday so that I have time to wrap the items before sending out on Saturday.
- A handling fee of $0.70 will be charged per spree-er if opting for mail.
- I will not be responsible for lost normal mails, so please opt for registered mail if you want to play safe. (I have lost normal mails before. Hence do opt for registered mail to play safe!)
- Items must be collected within 1 month after I receive them. If you're going out of the country, do let me know =)
Miscellaneous:
- I reserve the right to cancel the spree if response is poor or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be made promptly.
- Updates will be done via email and in my livejournal - i loVe 2 sHop [http://msshopalot.livejournal.com]
