Umm, Koyama actually started to say "chuu-ichi de yatte--" which is "if you did it during junior high first year" but then interrupted himself and went to talk about how he also joined during "high school first year"... so either he misspoke, or else it kind of looks like he was talking to Nakamaru? ^^ Anyway, imo it's one of those bits that you shouldn't look too much into, since when people talk they misspeak and backtrack all the time.
