i think piazza should have one best musical..or spelling bee...dont get me wrong i LOVE spamalot..but really..

was praying SPAMALOT didnt win. ok so i didnt see it, but i'm so sick of the glitz winning over two shows with incredible heart put together by two of my favorite, most deserving, most under-recognized composers: finna and guettel.

and dont you DARE rain on victoria clark's parade! if she didnt win it, sherie renee would have. i love sutton, but she has her tony and that show is closed. the award would have done nothing for ticket sales. why not give it where it will make a difference and bring some new life into a dwindling show.

poor poor spelling bee...

and the tony committee should be SHOT. the "honored" sondheim by ruining one of his most beautiful songs (ps - he only wrote the lyrics. if u really want to honor him, why not pick on of the 100s he composed and wrote lyrics???) and WTF! who brings in aretha franklin when you have an audience full of the MOST talented people in america!

When Aretha came on, I was all excited.
