well the day started off pretty crappy ... didn't get any sleep ... attempted to lay down when the sun came up .. didnt work ... then later got in a good shouting match with Carrie on the phone about my last journal post and a few other things ...we worked it out and made up.

I feel soo much better .. sometimes it takes getting your ass chewed off
