Since we use Adams County at least annually, I'm going to recommend in populace meeting tonight that we take or find an inventory of the kitchen gear that the Barony owns, with an eye to equipping ourselves with at least enough baking sheets for a baker's rack (what, 12?) and at least 8 half-height steam table trays. I believe that we do own some of those items, but the last time I saw them was years ago, and I doubt that we've retained all of them.

We do have an inventory; it's on the Caerthan webpage in the neighborhood of the Quartermaster's contact information. And about two-thirds of the equipment is currently residing in my garage at the moment.

Sadly, the Barony does not own any industrial sized cookie sheets nor any steam table trays at all.

Oddly enough (or not so oddly, since great minds think alike) this self-same idea was a topic of discussion during Sunday's relaxation and decompression session, including how to mark same so they don't get left behind at industrial sites.
