I'm finding it an...interesting research challenge compared with some of my other research interests. On the plus side, I'm more likely to be able to tackle journals in Swedish than Chinese. On the minus sides, there are a lot more well-described extant garments from the 14th century Mongol Empire, even if the descriptions are often in Chinese. It's taking some mental adjustment.
