Impossible to say, really. Is that an arm it's clibing on?

Some relative sizes would be more helpful in IDing the specimin.

I don't see any spinnerette, is it even a real spider? The tail end looks like an apple to me. Hairs at this resolution would be nearly impossible to see. Typically spiders have 3 distinct body segments, this specimin appears to only have two.
