Thanks! The apartment building was made with LotAdjuster from Modthesims. On the download page, I believe there's a tutorial on making rowhouses. It's a great (and easy) program even if you don't want to make them, too, so it's definitely worth getting. OR, you can actually download the exact lot here. It comes as an empty shell, ready to decorate as you choose. :)

So happy to see an update. Would you do some livesimming? I loved your tours! (This is livlukas, I moved to a new tumblr: http://thejessachannel.com)

Oh, thank you, Liv (or Jessa?)! I've been meaning to do another livesimming session for ages; just need to find the time one of these days! So glad you enjoyed the update.

So good to see Ste-Margo again! Both of Penelope and Jayne's houses are super cute. :-)

The rental bunaglow looks very nice. I like the way that you've cluttered the kitchen and screened in the front porch using windows. Notwithstanding your Sims interpreting the big windows as licence for exhibitionism. ;) I also like all the campus buildings. They look very realistic!

I enjoyed reading about Penelope and Jayne! They seem like a great couple, but I like the way you also bring out their individual personalities.

Thank you, whisper_doll! I've had a lot of fun decorating for them and for my uni. :)

Whew, I've had a lot to catch up on.

Penelope and Jayne are such a fun couple. Can't wait to see what their kids will look like.

Also, everyone else has already said it, but your houses are so amazing. I really like their new living quarters.

Thank you so much! Luckily, I haven't posted that much since you've been away; still, good job catching up. :)

I am also really curious to see the bebe since this will be one of the first examples of a sim with really old face sculpts (inherited from my old game when I didn't know what I was doing) and a new, well-made sim... We shall see!
