So I asked for a cookbook for christmas. My list was short and I figured, eh, it'd be nice to have a cookbook. My mom got me the Joy of Cooking and it is FREAKING SWEET. Isn't that the book Zach had? That was a neat book, if it's the same one. The only thing I wonder about is the fact that stocking a kitchen with the "basic ingredients" would cost about a grand.

No, this is eight times better than that book. That's Rachel Ray who I'm pretty sure is an android. Joy of Cooking has been around for 3 generations. My mom has one from when she first moved into our house.

make your ghee now! if it doesn't require ghee and yogurt, it ain't the real thing!

i plan on photocopying many pages. that book is suhweet.
