Best Vacation Spot

My second favourite vacation spot (the first being Quend de La Plage, France) would have to be Club Med in Tunisia.  I recommend the archery classes, and the bar.  LOVE the bar. In the winter, it's not to crowded.  The grass umbrellas on the beach are picturesque.  The white sand is fine, the water cool.  The service is above par.  Everyone was ( Read more... )

Mint tea is also the national drink of Morocco. I have a few recipes for it in my various African/Moroccan/Mediterranean cookbooks. The tea room by where I live sells a variety, which works wonders on my allergies.

There are a few tea rooms near here too- send me the recipe. It's definitely not the fresh peppermint spearmint Ice Tea that my Aunt used to make for me as a child. It's a different kind of strong hot mint tea - with spices?

Mine is just boiling green tea and adding mint leaves during the steeping process. You can do the whole adding of sugar and cream, if you're barbaric like that.
