Good ol' Ed at National Pasquinade has kickstarted my muse (well, kicked her, actually, because she fell asleep) and issued his third challenge, this time for an opening run-on sentence. Really long, meandering sentences that go on and on without any idea where they were going, only to keep right on going until they do not end so
