How much do you really want to know about all my medical stuff? Someone suggested that I get super detailed in case someone else has to go through this. I will leave the decision up to you. I haven't gotten too detailed because, quite frankly it's gross!

I say detailed is fine. You can put it behind a cut if people don't want to read it.

I think it should be up to you, however much you want to share. It's your journal, lady! If you don't want to share every little detail, surely someone could still ask for more details, even if in email or something. If you want to tell all, then go for it.
