Ray and I took advantage that Dave was out with friends and went out to dinner. We went to Noda's Japanese Cuisine here in Rio Rancho. I had never tried sashimi before but thought why not. Raw fish isn't everyone's cup of tea, but since I couldn't smell any fish odors I hoped that the fish was very fresh. Ray got grilled teriyaki salmon. I got

Corey's old roommate had a crazy restrictive diet. I think all he ate was cabbage and flax! But he said he had diabetes and his diet pretty much cured him of any symptoms. I was always a bit skeptical but it seemed to work for him.
I'm with you on the masectomy, too. I'd be like, just get rid of it! There's always implants if you don't want to be lop-sided.
