as a general rule... if you start lactating, call your endo right away. Other then that, if it comes up high on a blood test, do what they tell ya to :)
EDIT: I realized just after I posed that I should clarify... If you do start lactating, it is not the end of the world. It is usually caused by a spike in hormone levels and will usually go away on its own without any change to your dose in a few weeks. It is just something that your endo should be aware of in case a change does need to be made.

Are you doing your own prolactin labs? How would you even know what your level was if you weren't in communication with someone that knows the answer to this? I am confuzzled.
I am constantly capable of lactation...all it takes is a little stimulation, and away I go. Not that I do this intentionally, though. I found out by accident one day.
I'm not taking any progesterones, and my estrogen dose is very low.
