Different things bother different kids. She is at the age where upon showing such signs, she can be encouraged toward potty training. It would be nice to get her brother done before starting with her, but sometimes that doesn't happen. He's much more advanced than other kids his age in many ways (heck, he's still more advanced than Nathan in some ways), so don't feel like he's in any way set back if his sister starts something he wasn't ready for. I would try potty training now and if he asks, tell him that it's a long process. Don't make it a competition, but I'm sure he'll be spurred on to keep ahead of his sister. Either way, you can thank him for being such a great role model that she can look up to in her potty training and show him how his potty training encourages her to do the same.

Get better soon, I demand it as I'm about ready to call you guys any day now.
