Watership Down

Ok, when I remember watching Donnie Darko, they're watching an animated movie in the classroom. I was always curious cause I recognised it very well. In the end, I looked it up, and it was Watership Down. I always wanted to check it out cause its not supposed to be a kids story...but its animated, and back in the eighties, that was unheard of.

I've been meaning to watch that movie since I can get the DVD at my library. I actually bought the book like a year ago but haven't read it yet (Mooney did, and said it was great).

If you wanna watch some great old cartoons, look up Trolley Troubles (starring Oswald the Lucky Rabbit) and the old Mickey Mouse shorts. I recommend Plane Crazy and Gallopin' Gaucho. I love the drunk ostrich in the latter...
