This one hit a little too close to home, maybe because I have a little girl who will grow up way too fast and I'll have to worry about things like this...:-( WTF is with the world today!?

I never will understand how people justify raping someone in their mind for any reason. Why should a woman have to be extra cautious or fearful just for the sake of the criminals? If she didn't take any of the typical precautionary measures is it suddenly her fault?
