pi Day, Québec-style

Today was pi day, and I decided that I was going to celebrate, so after school, I went to grab groceries for dinner, which included a pie. While in the bakery section I was mulling over some classic favorites, such as wild blueberry, strawberry-rhubarb, and apple, when lo and behold, I saw the pie of all pies (at least to a French-Canadian): Tarte
